Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for ready-to-ship items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned

ABC Object, ABC Object Mini and ABC Golf Ball Marker are produced individually from a photograph supplied by the customer. Because each object is unique to the person who ordered it, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may cancel a made-to-order item free of charge at any time before production begins. Once we start printing, the order can no longer be cancelled. We will confirm by email when your object enters production.

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Ready-to-ship items

ABC Kit and ABC Desk are standard products and can be returned within 14 days under the conditions above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Photographs of the damage and the packaging help us resolve it quickly. We will replace or refund the item at our expense.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, as set out above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
